We were very comfotable, the room was clean, provisions good, the restaurant on site was very pleasant, staff were efficent & courteous and prices average, we enjoyed our meal. The room was clean and had everything we needed, the staff were friendly and professional. The facilities were good for the price. I liked the fact that my room was cleaned every day and the cleaners always put the little touches on the toilet paper and tissues.

The condition of the amenities need attention, some tiling needs to be updated, but clean and satisfactory. Quite a walk to train station so took longer to get to city. the wifi was not good at all to the point where I used my mobile phone to get access to internet as even with the right password I could not get access to internet. Carpet held a bit of dirt/dust. Clock radio failed to work. I disappointment was that your wireless broadband didn't work. Bed was way to soft , and uncomfortable. late check-out fee. Wifi needs a stronger booster or looking at as I could not pick it up in my room. nothing. Noise on weekends of people in hotel. The only way to go to city is using a bus, it is not close to any shopping area or even basic needs.If there were a negative it would only be the room was upstairs. Making noisy from other rooms but not all. My meal wasn't the best. A bit noisy. Lack of wash-up facilities + no crockery cutlery, no microwave quite far out of town - car was essential. No laundry - had to go to motel next door. Very outdated and worn decor. Booking was lost had to wait and have 3 attempts at getting a Taxi Couple in next room had fights 2 nights in a row Supposed curtesy bus was not available\.
