Reception was friendly and efficient and hand you a little carton of cold UHT milk which is nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Even though the motel is on the main road it is not overly noisy. Plenty of undercover parking. Motel within walking distance to the shops and cafes on Racecourse Road, and the Port.

Very handy to Prince Charles Hospital and staff went out of their way to be friendly and provided great service. Motel was also very close to restaurants and takeaway outlets, plus Aida and the huge Westside shopping mall. -

For a budget hotel the inclusions in the room were excellent. Cleanliness, neat facilities, friendly welcome and generous size of apartment and appointments. NOT run-down or shabby looking like so many other airport motels. Everything in the room functioned too.
Quiet enough for a city location and free off-street parking. Very easy to find.
Perfect if you have an early morning flight out from the airport!

The large spacious room was a joy in which to stay- regretted not staying for longer. The staff that greeted us were extremely friendly and helpful and obviously ready to assist with any requests for assistance or information.
Great location with fast, easy access to north central Brisy, nthern suburbs or gateway to sunshine coast and hinterland.

We arrived at almost mid-night hrs all the way from Auckland. The apartment key & room allocated was well arranged and easy to access & directly to our room. On the following day, we realized one of the male staff is really helpful when we asked for an extra bed and the bed was there after we returned to the room. In general, the apartment is really well managed.

Everything worked & room v v clean. Asked for "high &
quiet" room which I got. Arrived an hour early & was offered
alternative room as opposed to original room booked which wasn't

Amazing for the price. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is a gem. Cheap and right in the heart of the city. The room was small but perfect for a single. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. -
I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.

We liked the size of the bedroom.
Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location is gorgeous, a few minutes by walking from the CBD, a little bit more from South bank but there's a rental bikes station close to the hostel and it's very cheap so you don't have to take any transport if you want to visit the whole city.

The hotel had fantastic friendly staff that went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome.
Fantastic food, rooms were clean and well kept. Room had a beautiful view. Situated in the perfect spot for shopping, going to south bank, restaurants and public transport.
Highly recommend staying there.

Its the second time I've stayed there, due to its proximity to Princess Alexandra hospital.Its very clean, functional and within metres of a bus stop and easy walking distance to a train station, for quick access to the city. Across the road is a shopping centre. -

I had a great time in Chasely and really recommend it. It has very good location, just by the Brisbane River about 30 minutes walk to the city, 10 minutes by bus and about 10 minutes to the shopping area. My apartment was very nice, a lot of space and fully equipped. Also, the stuff was amazing, really helpful and making my stay pleasant. I hope I’m back soon.
