Located very close to the bus terminal and the town. Staffs (Mother and the son) were very very helpful and flexible with the payment, check in/ check out time and so on. One day we had to leave at 5:30am, breakfast starts at 6am but they left coffee and breakfast for us. Also on the day we left, shuttle service came one hour earlier than scheduled. They called the company for us and being very helpful to solve the problem. Room was big, clean, and has all the basics. I recommend this hotel!.
alla recensioner » New owners since May 2013. Making it a warm welcoming place. We stayed 4 nights. Superfriendly, English and Spanish speaking. Very helpfull, especially Ramiro who helped us with everything we asked and more, even with our bustickets to ibera! Nice big comfortable rooms, clean with comfy beds, great breakfast. Close to busstation and one block from main street. We warmly recommend this place! One of the best places we stayed at in Argentina!. Quiet place with a beautiful garden for great relaxation from your Patagonia adventures. Comfy bed, large room. Exceptionally kind hosts! They prepared early breakfast for my 5:30 departure to TDP. Due to my forgetting the entry tax paper, I was blocked at the Argentina border on my way back and missed my 2nd stay, Cecilia offered warm sympathy and refuse to take any payment! Great place!. Great little hotel. Awesome location just around the corner from the main street and 2 min walk to the bus station. The staff were fantastic and a great help in organising activities. We were able to leave our bags here while we went trekking in Torres Del Paine and had no problems at all. Will definitely stay here again!. The hostel is run by the owner and her son who take great care for their customers. We had an early plane to catch and they arranged to get us breakfast earlier than their schedule. We had two half day tours booked. THe owner called the tour operators and confirmed their pickups. Cecilia, her family and the staff working in the hotel are amazing! I got good recommendations from Cecilia about what to do and had a very pleasant stay there. Breakfast was good too. In summary, a homely warm place in the cold Patagonia, recommended for other travellers:). Staff were amazing when airline delayed my luggage. Supportive and extremely helpful in assisting me with the stresses of sorting it out. Would definitely recommend staying. Rooms were basic but comfortable. The rooms are simple but adequate. Very friendly staff members, all bilingual, that are true hosts. I would seriously consider coming back again. The staff were ridiculously awesome. Slightly uphill walk to the hostel from downtown. The electical was a bit iffy... But I know they are in the midst of renewing the wiring, etc. The heater in our room was either too hot or too cold, but hey, there are plenty of blankets. The above is so minor compared to the personality of the place. No TV in the room and the breakfast could be better with cheese and ham.The bread was good though.
