The staff and service, Susana in particular. She went out of her way to provide all the help and guidance. The rooms were nice, large and sunny. The facilities/utilities in the rooms (we stayed there twice during our vacation) and the building were new and functioned well. The location was ideal to catch Subte (subway) and was near a major shopping center. Everything is wonderful. Susana was so kind to wait for my arrival till midnight that day. She gave me a warmful welcome and several useful imformation about my tourist in BA. The location is so convenient to every scenery on foot or by taxi.
