  Nice breakfast with both asian and intercontinental dishes. Friendly and very helpfull staff in the reception and in the restaurant, and they speak English very well. The reception helped us with both train tickets and a trip to the beach with private car.   Fantastic staff - especially reception, friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Good choice of food at breakfast. Nice swimming pool. 5 minute walk to shops and bars/food. Large rooms. Rooftop pool was excellent as was the restaurant for breakfast (both with fabulous city/river views)-selection on offer to suit most tastes. Friendly staff all round especially in the restaurant.

  There is a nice surprise when you enter the hotel :) Staff is very friendly, breakfast is great, room was big and clean, location right in the street with restaurants. We rented bikes that were ok. Best hotel during our 3 week trip in Vietnam, great value for money. We would strongly recommend it.
