Great staff! Courteous and always willing to help. Also, great location-I came for the Winter Park Blues Fest 2013, and I only had to walk across the street to get there. -

Spend time in Winter Park on the off season and you will meet the real people the Local -
this hotel is a gem. When we pulled up to the front, we had concerns as it was very plain but that ius where our concers ended. The rooms were huge, clean, very comfortable with all of the amemnities you could think of. The closet was HUGE - big enough to house a guest. Good continental breakfast, the owner is a great guy who is very helpful. Short walk to town and close to the ski area.

The staff and facilities are excellent. Great value for the money in the offseason. I haven't stayed there in the winter, so I cannot comment on the value during that season. -
underground parking was great and the security in the building was very good, and the hills in and around WP are outstanding

Two bedroom two bath condo is excellent. Could make the letsbookhotel.com commercial there. Jade is exceptional at the front desk. Great for biking--mountain and leisure. Loved biking the Fraser River. Ate in the Village--nice. -
Allowed a early check in to accodate our plans for the day. Nice, clean room. Staff was very good at their job

It was very confortable. The air was very very fresh. If you want to stay with your family, moutain bike is best in the summer vacation. You can see white Rocky anywhere. -
Very comfortable room with a small kitchen. High ceilings and a nice view. Bike friendly. Easy parking and gondola to shops and restaurants right out the door.

Lots of space in the condo, 2 bedroom with twin bed and queen. Every room had own TV and spacious full bath/shower. Full kitchen included all needed supplies except the food! Will return! -
