We loved this place. We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade from studio to 1 br. The apartment was big, with top quality washer / dryer and full kitchen. So much better value than a hotel. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in with top quality linens and very good toiletries. Wi-fI is super hi-speed. Beautiful cosseted private location in West Hollywood. Amazing roof garden with hummingbirds and butterflies flitting about as you eat and take afternoon tea. There is also a pool and great lounging areas surrounding it.
The entertainment (blues performance art) was wonderfully intimate and so different from your usual corporate hotel.

The roof top was awesome, good views of the area and you could see the hollywood sign. The pool is not a huge pool but its very nice and modern. The restaurant makes very strong and delicious cocktails which was a treat in the afternoons. We had some food for breakfast and lunch there and it was good. The service was awesome as well.

Still has the rock star vibe. We were lucky to enjoy a 'Live at the Sunset Marquis' summer concert by the pool during our stay. Magical! We took our children for breakfast to Mel's Diner on Sunset Av. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance.
