I was so surprised when we got our room and a few minutes later we were
called and ask if every thing was to our liking and was there anything
else we needed.. Who does that these days ? what a nice surprise .. we
felt recognized each time we came in and was informed of the breakfast
which by the way was awesome and told about a light supper .whic

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. We received a call from the front desk after being given time to settle into our room. They were just verifying that we were happy with the accommodations and inquiring if we needed anything else. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The whole property is maintained extremely well. I figured it had to be just a few months old and was stunned to hear that it was been around for 3 1/2 years. The staff is professional and friendly. Rooms are super comfortable. Love the suites and size of the rooms. Great location, easy parking. Would definitely go back. -

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were nice as well. They had a nice pool area which was good after a hot day on the course and their breakfast area was excellent -

We liked the clean ,good size room with breakfast included. We also liked the hot tub . . This hotel is convenient to shoppers as it is right across from a mall. The wineries are all close by. -

The restaurant was well staffed, the service was good, and the food was
excellent. One small detail that impressed me, was the second day, the
maid staff noticed I used both regular coffee packets, and did not use
the de-caff, so they left three regular. That kind of detail oriented
service is awesome! -

To be honest when I first pulled into the parking lot of the hotel I was sceptical because of how it looked on the outside but once I walked in and got to my room I was very happy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I asked for a quiet room,
and, this may be the quietest place I have ever stayed! The staff was
also knowledgeable about recommending the Farmer's Market, where to
get the best apples and how to get to places around Wenatchee. The room
and facility were both also very clean and the full breakfast was much
appreciated, as I left early each morning for a golf tournament at the
Highlander Golf Club.

Close to lake chelan when all booked in chelan, rented jetskis on
columbia river- ended up being a lot more fun than on lake chelan!

Our room so clean! It was one of the cleanest rooms that I have ever
stayed in, even the bed spread smelled like it had just been washed
(sounds funny, but it did). The bed was comfortable, there was a table
with bar like stools (more decorative than the norm) in the room with a

Very close to a grocery store and Walmart so we could gather supplies before a backpacking trip in Chelan. It was clean and comfortable enough for the price, and serves it's purpose well as brief lodging for those passing through.

Prompt check in assistance; rooms provide basics in a clean, straightforward manner. As a single female traveler felt safe; ground floor access perfect to protect my bicycle and enjoy Wenatchee's trails. All the comforts I needed with no extra frills I didn't want (but often pay for). Family owned. I will bring my children back next time knowing they are welcome!
