Everyone so friendly and helpful. Even had a valet employee go across the street to try and get me a map when i needed directions. Front desk employee worked above and beyond to let us move to an adjoining room with our friends when stayed a second night. Waitress in cafe very helpful and buffet was great. We will be back with more friends. Thanks

We stayed one night stay in this outstanding hotel. The room was spacious. The bathroom was large with a tub/shower and a separate shower. The bed was very comfortable. The exterior, lobby, restaurants, restrooms and casino were very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. The value was very, very good.

The steak house was excellent. Sams town had everything we went there for except live horse racing.Had a great time listening and dancing to chicken on the bone. Our intentions were to check out the blues and jazz bars. Loved the view of the river from our room. -

Hotel was clean, amenities available. I was impressed by its decor and friendliness of the staff. Bed was comfortable and despite being close to the noisy interstate, I was able to get a good nights sleep. -

I loved my suite. It was very spacious and quite the eye pleaser. My
husband and I were hoping for something nice, and the Best Western
Chateau Suites lived up to our expectation and more. We love having a

The front desk staff was super! From the outside, you wonder but as soon as you enter the front door you can see its a very decent property! It was our anniversary and the Front Desk afternoon staff surprised us with an upgrade to a suite. Room very clean and comfortable. Extra Towels and coffee provided with the mere mention that we may need more. Those two girls were awesome!

Staff was excellent.. Saul from the restaurant was great .dexter our waiter was outstanding..Kyle our bartender rocked TK, Andy, and Shanquilia and even the young night clerk at the front desk went above and beyond making us feel at home.

The room was big and well kept. We enjoy the pillows on the bed which were very comfortable as well as our (2) large queen size beds. We had a refrigerator and microwave of which we definitely put to use. My husband enjoyed the pool and I liked the seating setup around it. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The clerk on duty,Keri, gave us correct and easy to follow directions to where we wanted to get to. The room was cleaner and the bed was more comfortable than a lot of higher priced motels that we have stayed at. There wasn't a high noise level. We enjoyed our stay, short though it was.
