Absolutely fantastic location just steps from the beach and at the entrance to the pier.. A very short walk to the Boardwalk and a wonderful cafe for breakfast just down the street.. They have a nice fire pit to sit around and relax on a chilly evening and S'more kits can be purchased to make campfire deserts for the kids! It also has a nice heated pool after a day at the beach.

Beautifully appointed & comfortable suite overlooking Cowell's Beach and the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Location, Location, Location! Our balcony view was STUNNING with an open view of the beach and the boardwalk. You could sit, have a coffee, and watch surfers take lessons. Also their restaurant, amazing view, interior decor was superb, very luxurious, and the food amazing. The hotel had a fun interior decor of various bright colors incorporated into the atmosphere itself. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

Super friendly and caring staff. They found a way to provide me with a room with a view! I felt welcome and valued as a customer.
The motel is located in a perfect spot within walking distance to a 2.5 seaside path, the boardwalk amusement park,and downtown restaurants and shops.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, a very nice place to stay.

Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi! It was great to come back and relax in the pool/spa. We were there with our young daughter and liked that The restaurant and bar opens to the pool but it wasn't a "bar" atmosphere. We could swim and relax in the spa, have a glass of wine and watch her. The hotel is relatively close to the beach.

The bed and sheets were immaculate and very comfortable! The Hotel is in
a great location about a 5 minute walk from the 'town' (local
shops, restaurants and plenty of them!) This Hotel is brand new and
ultra modern with even an iphone/ipad docking station and charger in
the room. Great coffee maker as well that as a pleasure to wake up to in
the morning! We didn't get a chance to use the pool and spa but it
