Expediency of the Shuttle Service to the Airport and good coffee - Near the Airport, Clean rooms and efficient staff. Great rate. Parking on site ,near the Airport. All in all we were very happy with this hotel.

Being 77 yrs old, and having a few physical difficulties, I appreciated the room very close to entrance, 1st floor, convenient to breakfast area. my 1st stay - not my last. Great price. Friendly staff. -

Convenient location for city trip and Frisco airport. Offers free
shuttle to airport and bart station which is attached to a mall. Has a
variety of good restaurants at walking distance, among which the Italian
was excellent. -

At first this hotel can be rather daunting, not the most glamorous site from the outside... But as soon as you enter your room you realize how nice it really is, huge king bed, great bathroom, and a nice living room!!! I would stay here again anyday!!!! - It was much nicer than I expected. The concierge was very helpful

I liked the effort of the Inn to minimize the use of single-use plastic
at the breakfast. The hotel is located near a street, San Mateo, with
very good ethnic cuisines, especially an Italian restaurant called West

Less than 10 mins drive from sfo. On bus route to central sf. Bart
station is within walking distance of hotel. Area is safe and clean -
after a long drive we walked to the mall 1/2 mile away. Staff very
helpful and allowed us to change rooms for one with different facilities
for the same price. Rooms are large and clean, and breakfast is
sufficient for either flying out or moving on.

Amanda, the front desk gal, was great. She spent about 10 minutes planning our itenary for the BART transit system and the different bus lines we would ride in SF. She also helped me find my lost phone (lol). She was very down to Earth, friendly, and professional.
We liked the closeness to the airport, literally across the freeway.

the first room she showed me didn't smell good she replaced it
immediately. Breakfast is basic but good. Very close to the airport and
to shopping centers. Good free parking and free internet. It is basic

The room was large considering the price. Easy assess from SFO, but the map is not referred too somewhat difficult to find the hotel. A map should accompany the computer printout. - Close to the airport the friendly staff and an excellent Chineese resturant close to the hotel.
