  Loved the rooms, the attention to detail on how everything is kept so clean. Loved the location in reference to walking distance to Main Riverwalk & The Alamo. This is a fabulous hotel at a great location. Also, had private parking. Great view of Riverwalk from Inside/Outside Bar. This will be a great asset because it - There was this young lady I can't remember her name but it started with a c, and boy was she the nicest person. We had never been greeted so well like her. She has a very pretty attitude, very positive and she really made our stay special. She was wearing an aqua color shirt on that Friday that we went. Then she was there Saturday morning. Then I didn't see her when we checked out. I wanted to thank her for her beautiful personality.

  I've stayed at many highly rated hotels in San Antonio, and Mokara is unquestionably at the top of my list. It starts with superior service - over the top attention to detail.   Had to change nights. Westin and letsbookhotel.com were able to accommodate change. have not been able to do that with other sites. Thanks to ALEX at Westin!! - Loved the pool. Beauitifully designed with good views. Beds very comfortable. Nice and spacious bathroom. Shower is AMAZING.
