  The general manager and staff were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable and safe when I was unexpectedly unable to accompany her during her stay there. I booked the hotel one day in advance of a planned trip to Chicago which was cancelled due to a snowstorm.   Staff was very friendly and helpful. Underground parking was a big plus. Close and easy to get to the airport. They offered a shuttle as well. The staff gave us extra towels and ice bucket when we requested it. They did their best to satisfy our needs. - Ohare pick-up was good as well as dropoff.
