Maid was very friendly. The facilities were nice and our room was right where we wanted to be as far as the location in the building. Everything seemed to work and was comfortable. The airport shuttle was easy and quick. It was very nice to be able to take the airport shuttle to the light rail station and go to downtown Seattle. -

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel was very clean and easy to find. I liked that coffee or tea was available at all times in the lobby with a nice place to sit in the dining room and relax, cookies were delicious! And the coffee was good! Nice place, and if I'm in Spokane again, I will stay at the Quality Inn.

Had stayed here a number of years ago and found everyone and everything great, so book with our 3 little kiddos and was even more impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness, ease of booking, service and everything. I liked that their was convenience around me. The Steak House, well stocked convenience store, Espresso stand and gas. Close to freeway. -

I checked in late and the clerk was able to find my reservation, get me checked in, provide the wifi code (without being asked!), and answered all my questions.
