Beautiful and very pleasant. Everyone was so helpful. Bell men took care
of us very well. I wish I had gotten their names but unfortunately I
failed to get the names. We plan on putting Austin as our yearly

We stayed for 5 nights which gave us the opportuniy to use most of the excellent facilities at the hotel. We ate in the Restaurant a few times,had snacks in the Bar and always ended the day with a Cocktail back at the hotel. Every one there was extremely nice and helpful. Amazing service, decor, historic upkeep, and experience. The hotel was stunning and we got a very great price for a king room. the location was perfect. It was only 3 blocks from the Riverwalk so my wife and I were able to go out to a nice dinner and some drinks without having to worry about getting back.
