Staff at main desk very helpful in confirmation of flight which meant I had a fluid passage thru security due to having pre checked.

The breakfast was our favorite - fabulous! Also liked the indoor stairwell since I try to use the stairs. Enjoyed relaxing in the lobby area where he TV was and snacking. Our driver, Rioberto, was very friendly and helpful - even when it didn't involve driving. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed the grounds around the hotel and location of hotel.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The staff were professional in their jobs. They couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. The pool was a good size with nice grounds. The hotel was very clean. The courtesy bus was a big help as we were strangers to the area.

The hotel was great! Conveniently located near the airport and
everything that a 4 star hotel should have. I didn't use any of the
services other than the breakfast buffet and free wifi since I got in
very late at night and left early the next morning. The room was huge,
