We liked the proximity to the airport as well as having a free shuttle to and from the airport to the hotel. We needed to find a hotel for one night near the airport so we could use a shuttle service, as we had to return to the airport to continue our trip the next day. This hotel was very close, but we did not notice any airport noise during our brief stay. Also, the continental breakfast was very good - the variety of offerings pleased everyone in our party.

The hotel staff was the best staff I have ever experienced. They went beyond and above what they are expected to do. The breakfast there was unbelievable for a hotel. I would stay there anytime if I was in Dallas,Texas. Also, I would recommend the hotel to anyone that was planning to go to Dallas. -

The beds were comfortable. The mini kitchen proved very useful. The bar on the first floor was great! Having a hot breakfast was a great way to start the day compared to the usual hotel breakfast menu of toast, cereal, and a fruit. Overall it was a something fresh in a town that likes to stick with a country style. -

Pls chk why r they charging extra USD20 as the billing is only USD66.39. My card stated it charged the extra USD20 when I chk-in n when chk out billing only USD66.39. Will they revert it backto me. -

This hotel was convenient to the airport,a criteria for a continuing journey. I had a 10 minute wait for courtesy van. All staff were polite and helpful. I was overall very pleased with everything...however, I was mostly impressed with the staff. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Special thank you to the young white girl at the bar in the afternoon and the young black girl who did bkft. in the morning. This hotel in area is very business oriented. Me my husband and 3 children stayed and still felt very welcome. The staff was very nice, the rooms were very nice, and the location was excellent. We went on vacation to visit Dallas and the hotel was slightly outside of Dallas, which is exactly what we wanted. -
