  Almost everything. Very quiet. Nice bath products. Clean and well maintained. Meals were very good. Breakfast and dinner. Restaurant staff worked very hard to provide good service. Spa and pool area were very very nice.   Loved the size of the room! We had a huge bath and a whole separate walk- in closet/dressing area. There was a full length mirror, 2 dressers and plenty of hanging space. We could put all our luggage in there and then shut the door so we didn't have stuff spread all over the room. Ir was great!   This hotel has an excellent shuttle service for taking guests to places nearby. It took us shopping, dinner and breakfast. It was very comfortable to use it and we saved a lot of money on taxis or renting a car. The drivers were very friendly and we just had to wait a bit when they picked us up (the longest was about 20 minutes). There was easy access to the freeways, 10 minutes from downtown. 15 minutes from the airport on Sunday morning at 8 am.

I received some breakfast coupons (b/c I had switched from a non- smoking to a smoking room), but could not use them because I had work conference calls in the morning. Kudos to the staff! - Beautiful and very pleasant. Everyone was so helpful. Bell men took care of us very well. I wish I had gotten their names but unfortunately I failed to get the names. We plan on putting Austin as our yearly vacation with our grandchildren.
