Cost, location, secure parking. The night manager (I assume he was ower)
was very friendly and offered to help out with the problems with the
room. Cannot answer number 2 questions so the facilities were nice, the
room and hotel were clean and comfortable, the location was ok, and the
value for the money would have been fantastic if not for the problems.

Good price and location. Right off the interstate, just at the edge of Knoxville.
Big parking lot. I had a trailer on my SUV, and there were two semis there with trailers. We didn't crowd the car show and rugby team that were there.

We loved waking up to see the view of the lake. Very convenient to the interstate but you didn't feel like you were on the interstate exit. Very relaxed atmosphere. -

The hotel and room were clean and they are updating and improving the hotel. Staff were super nice and check in was efficient. Everything was ready on my arrival. Breakfast has enough assortment to feed any family. A/C worked great. No complaints really.

The nice, clean , delicious breakfast. After 10 days of motels across Tennessee, we were MOST pleased with this motel of all in which we stayed. Thank you!! We will search out Best Western motels in the future.
