The outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was
refreshing. They went out of their way to offer assistance and always
were accommodating. A delicious spread at breakfast was very pleasant in
the outdoor garden looking onto the ocean. I had forgot my phone charger
in the room and the cleaning staff turned it in; I received it when I
returned to pick up my bags later in the day. Overall, I give them the
highest marks in service, location and amenities. I will definitely be
returning

The hotel was very nice and inviting. The bar gives free drinks at
current times of the day. The hotel is steps away from the beach. When

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. All of your needs are in a 5 block radius. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. Even if a tad pricey, the service was superb. The waitress Diana was out of this world. Her service was beyond excellent.
If you can, get a room facing the beach. It is worth the extra price. The view is spectacular.

The hotel was above than our expectations, is very beatiful, clean, and the staff in all the areas are very friendly, helpfull and efficient. We stay just one night, we were in transit, but we love the hotel and the few places we saw in San Juan, we definetly will be back for vacations. Totally recommended. -

Hotel is at 1 block distance to the beach. I'ts an excellent budget-firendly choice, perfect location at condado next to up-scale hotels without paying the high price. This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last
minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and
from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and
accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was
right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant.
The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there
longer. I recommend it.

My family has been staying there for decades every time we vacation in PR -- since back when it was double the size, a beautiful pool, and dozens of iguanas in the patio! Although we swear the furniture has been the same there since the 70's, it's super clean, beds are very comfortable, and location is great.

And the hotel is in the middle eferything that what so good about the stay it was in walking distance to a few of the hot spot.And the beach is in your backyard which we love and we are from flordia which we are know for there beaches! Double tree is very nice hotel, modern style, in a safe tourist area
in Condado, not far away from the beach, nice to visit pools of La
Concha- the twin hotel. Service is good at front desk. Simple local
restaurant near, ask for it. Nice to have coffee machine, fridge and
microwave in the room. -
