We were sent to a room initially that had been cleaned but then it looked like someone had come afterwards to shower and dress (used razor in shower, empty perfume bottle, towel and robe used, etc.) The staff was very apologetic, sent us to a better room and sent up a bottle of red wine. Waking up to a view of High Line Park and the Empire State Building. Comfortable bed, quiet despite being in the middle of the city and great shower. The location was perfect...close to the Village, Meatpacking District, and Chelsea. The video that plays in the elevator...what a creepy and great touch. Everyone was mesmerized by it! The only thing that i did not like was that we reserved a room with a king sized bed and pull out sofa and were given a queen bed which made it difficult with the medical devices. I am not sure ifbthisbisvan issue with Staybridge or letsbookhotel.com We tried to correct this but were unable to. -

Great spa, great setting, very, very nice and helpful staff. Very good food except for the Gurney burger--dry and tasteless. Nice rooms, great views, comfortable beds. Very clean and comfortable baths. It was a wonderful place to escape and relax. -
