Great location, short walk from Times Square. Breakfast included. Happy
Hour in the evening Mon-Thu from 5.30 to 7 (free alcohol and snacks).
Eco friendly (can choose when to have towels washed and bed changed,
water saving toilet etc). Shower was ok but not the best we have had.
Shower gel and shampoo/conditioner in an easy use container, which
was very nice. Hate those fiddly little bottles. Huge fridge/freezer
and kitchenette. Bed was big and pillows were lovely. We read

This was our first trip to the USA and New York.The staff were friendly and very efficient. Started with Peter who radioed our arrival to reception even before we were out of the taxi. The location is perfect - right at Columbus Circle: 10 min walk to Times Sq but a residential area so no tourist crowds; lots of cafes and restaurants within a block or two; two subway lines just across the street from the hotel; extremely friendly and helpful staff -- they took time to know us and remember what we were there for and asked how things were going; rooms are large by NY standards and very well-appointed. The room was lovely and had such a welcoming, warm, homely and cosy atmosphere when I first walked in, with soft lighting and classical music drifting through it. - Beds were very comfortable. Room was well lit and quiet. Ample seating.

The hotel is well situated and is close to the subway,shopping and many interesting parts of the city.
The rooms are comfortable and attractively designed and decorated and the beds are amazingly comfortable.

For our first visit to New York we wanted to do it properly and the Hotel on Rivington was fantastic from start to finish! We were well looked after by all the staff and it offered everything we wanted. A Room with a stunning view of the city, a soft bed and in a great part of town.

Large rooms with kitchenette make travelling comfortable. The little on site shop was especially useful and we would not hesitate to use this Hotel when next in the area. -
Spotless suites with desk area, rolling office chair, lounge chair, a big closet and a well equipped kitchen. Restaurants were within walking distance.

The only thing that i did not like was that we reserved a room with a king sized bed and pull out sofa and were given a queen bed which made it difficult with the medical devices. I am not sure ifbthisbisvan issue with Staybridge or letsbookhotel.com We tried to correct this but were unable to. -

I can't say enough about how awesome this hotel was. I kept telling
my husband, "Wow!! We SCORED!!!!" The rooms were quite
spacious, the shower had great water pressure, we loved having a little
mini kitchen with a fridge, stove top and dishwasher. It was great for
reheating leftovers when the kids were hungry. The staff was courteous

Everything about this hotel was amazing. I had originally booked a 3 night stay for my mom and myself. We had a room with two double beds and it was surprisingly spacious from my previous experience with NYC hotels. We didn't feel like we were stepping all over eachother!
