  The room was recently updated, comfortable and clean, non-smoking. Free internet connection, convenient phone, desk are for work. MOST IMPORTANT is that I accidentally left an important item when I checked out. Three days later I was on a return trip near the motel so I stopped to see if my item had been found. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful, and give them high marks for honesty. - The room was well appointed, and met our needs adequately. A weekend away to cross border shop, and a short drive down to East Aurora. Bob Evans &Cracker Barrel nearby is a bonus. The beds were comfortable, and the quietness, being located close to the Thruway was much appreciated. We had concerns the hum of the road might have been an annoyance, but this was not a problem. We would definitely return to this location. Especially if the good rates are available.

  Room was nice.... liked the privacy of not having anyone come in during the day - felt like home.... Liked the Tuesday nite cookout party - that was great... - Love the set up. Excellent for family or even a group of friend traveling together. It felt like home.

  When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around. The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.

  Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. We were there for only one night on our way to NYC. This was perfect for a one night stay. Btw beaches are a short drive away. Shops are across the street - The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure of the shower was nice and the water was extremely hot.

  staff did their jobs very well, including the ladies in the b.fast room where there were enough choices for everyone. room clean. location not too far from Albany & a stone's throw to Saratoga Springs where we attended the Freihofer's Jazz do..
