The staff were just excellent. Requests were responded to immediately, and the bellmen were wonderful. On several occasions they and the concierge gave us great advice about transportation, places to eat, and things to do, and they always were smiling and friendly.

I liked the location of the hotel, the room was nice with a very comfortable bed and pillow and great view of the City from the 20th floor. The staff were very good also. We upgraded to the Sheraton Club on the 21st floor which was nice, it had a great view of the City and Hudson River. It is not a luxury hotel but is very comfortable and affordable.

The "all-suite" rooms were large, comfortable, and well equipped. The breakfast and dinner buffets (included in the room rate) were surprisingly imaginative and tasty. This hotel is the most comfortable and best value for the money on Long Island. -
Convenient because wedding was at Fox Hollow.

Clean rooms, on a hill overlooking Mirror Lake with mountains in background. Tables outdoors to eat/have cocktails with an awesome view! Beautiful gardens.

The staff are fabulous, very friendly, professional, cannot do more to help. The pool is great - at times (weekend afternoons when the sun is out) it is quite a "scene" which might annoy someone looking to relax but it is what it is (and at other times it is very relaxing). The restaurants are very good and the rooftop bar/club PHD is great on a Saturday (although be aware that it is run separately from the hotel so after 11 or so, being a hotel guest does not guarantee access). The room was very large, clean, and was at a good temperature. The heating/air was easy to adjust. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone.
