The location is brilliant indeed - some few steps from the Times Square.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I would like to specially mention
and thank Trinita, who checked me in much earlier that she was supposed
to. It is a perfect choice once you are not going to spend all day long

Wonderful location 5 minutes walk from Times Square. Small but
comfortable and very clean room. Facilities like shower, hair-dryer and
alarm clock worked properly. Air- conditioning and a fan-heater were
provided. Really lovely staff on the front desk - they went to a lot of
trouble working out transport arrangements for us and finding out about
museums we wanted to visit. Simple but nice continental breakfast.

My husband and I really enjoyed the experience. The arrangement is particularly nice for business travelers staying longer, as it has a kitchen. The area is chockfull of nice eateries if eating out is your preference. (We ate all of our meals in the neighborhood).

The room was very comfortable and had every amenity I needed, including in-room Wi-Fi. Good variety at the continental breakfast. Very close to the airport, but not in a noisy area. Staff very helpful and prompt. Free shuttles to and from LGA airport also a plus!

Perfect place to visit nyc and sleep after an exhausting day. The room
was small and the mattress quite hard but we slept like babies. It was
cleaned and the towels in the ensuite bathroom changed everyday. Staff
couldn't be more helpful and nice. For the excellent price we also
got breakfast consisting of coffee/tea and a lovely

As a national chain, you get a pretty standard deal. The bed was very comfortable, the room was nicely outfitted, they had free wifi, and they had a free airport shuttle. It was affordable and was fine for a stop over stay. The shuttle bus was efficient and the staff very nice. -

I will always book at the Chelsea Inn whenever I travel to NYC. The location is central to Union Square Station, and only one block over from 5th Avenue. Great staff and very helpful. Lovely hardwood floors and kitchenette in the rooms....it makes you feel like you are actually living in a flat in NYC. Free exercise included (there is no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs, no problem because you'll need to burn calories after feasting on NYC's culinary delights). -
