  The accomodations & the staff being so friendly & helpful make your stay seem like you are at a resort. We love the pool area as it is the best pool in St Louis. - Excellent. Service was just excellent. The room was gorgeous. The pool was amazing. They brought snowcones out to the pool area because it was a hot day!

Staff was great and took care of us to the best of their ability on our time schedule since we don't let anyone in our room when we have our pet with us. We checked in & got to our room which was not in the best spot so we called front desk & they switched us to another room that was so much better & close to everything & lake view at no extra charge.
