Check-in was efficient and night desk mgr., was polite and helpful!
Room was clean and everything operated well. It appears the property is undergoing some updating and renovation...but it didn't interfere with our stay. Great value in an in-demand location between Novi/Northville and Farmington Hills. -

The accommodations were clean, roomy and as advertised. It was quiet for
the most part. Could hear some door slamming in the A.M. but thats

I arrived very early (0800) and was allowed access to my room, given an upgrade and invited to have breakfast! What customer service - it made a terrific difference to my day as I had a tight evening schedule. The lady who checked me in was friendly and very helpful - full marks to her and Holiday Inn helpful -

We go to The Ford and Greenfield Village several times a year. This hotel has a shuttle to both and the airport. It is clean, comfortable and the staff are always very nice and helpful. A lot of work has gone into updating it, but also keeping it's charm. -

The room we had was just beautiful! It was decorated in log cabin style and that is my favorite! The staff was so nice and very helpful. The breakfast was decent and everyone got enough to eat every morning. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family! -

Best value for location. Hotel shared almost all hotel spas and pools in Mackinaw City. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Views not the best but can get to any park or lake front property easily for best views. -
