We exited the taxi and were welcomed to the Four Seasons with a lei, which we expected. A porter took us to the check-in desk at 11:00 A.M. where only one girl was working. The staff were very welcoming from when we first arrived. Throughout our stay we were recognized and equipt for with no trouble. All staff were brilliant at remembering our names which was very impressive. Everyone had their role to maximize the fine detail around the hotel, the design was beautiful and the lay out was very nice. Rooms were spacious and homely. I would definatly recommend this hotel.

We had a 2nd floor apartment on a 2 storey block - try to ask for the 2 storey buildings when you book. It was fantastic. The view of Molokini Crater, Kahoolawe, and Kameole Two was unparalleled. The morning snorkling off the rocks in front of Hale Pau Hana afforded a great variety of fishes and many green sea turtles. Our unit was superb and the other guests and staff were friendly.

The Napili Surf was excellent in every aspect of our stay. They go out of their way to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. It felt very homey yet is right on a great little beach with excellent snorkeling and enough waves for the young (and a few older) boogie-boaders. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept and the staff were immediately responsive to any request that we had. Excellent location and the suites were very nice. A spectacular
breakfast spread every morning which was delicious. Neither of the main
restaurants impressed me much and we actually ate at the Four Seasons
(Duo and Ferraro's) twice each. Also ate local food elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing. Everyone treated us like we were the only guests. The check in, bellboy introduction and resort services all made the fairmont an experience to remember. I wish I could have stayed longer. Everything around the grounds were immaculate. The rooms are huge,clean and very well appointed. It definitely felt like paradise. Restaurants were great. Service at Ko was exceptional. There were so many loungers and plenty of grounds and pool space that you never felt crowded anywhere.

Great facilities, including fully equipped kitchenette (which saves on eating out expenses, not to mention keeping that afternoon lanai beer chilled).

Location of the Hotel at a sandy beach where you can snorkel was a great plus for us. The room had a good layout with a very comfortable sized balcony with nice table and chairs to relax and or have breakfast in the morning. Room was very clean with all amenities. Staff at the Restaurant friendly and fun to talk too.

The Noelani was wonderful! We stayed in a studio suite that was nicely appointed. Our unit was on the second floor with a panoramic view of the ocean and the island of Molokai overlooking two beautiful swimming pools. The turtles were seen everyday nearvthe rocky shoreline. We enjoyed the soft music that played each day and the gorgeous sunsets from our lanai.
