Excellent location. Great to have breakfast included in the price-cereal/pancakes/toast/fruit/bacon/eggs/waffles. Would definitely stay again. Beds very very comfortable. Stayed for 5 nights including Saturday. Was very quiet every night except saturday it was busier in the restaurants underneath and a little noisy. Such a beautiful and well-preserved historic beauty, inside and out! The staff was so gracious, friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were homecooked and delicious; there were snacks available all day long. Owner had given much thought to little details that made my stay so pleasant. I could walk around a beautiful old neighborhood and one block to the "T" and feel safe and peaceful. I definitely will stay there again.

The location was perfect, right across from the beach. The host was unbelievably obliging, friendly, and always concerned with our comfort. The host threw a barbecue for some of his family and friends and invited us to participate. What's better than burgers and lobster rolls for 4th of July. We had ring-side seats for an amazing fireworks display and laser light show.

I love the location and the ambiance, the house reminds me of home because I used to live in this neighborhood when I lived in Brookline in the 60's and 70's so it was like going home. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean and the bed's are comfortable with lovely feather pillows. -

Great location to nearby small shops in Bearskin Neck. Very private lot with beautiful flower beds and gazebo overlooking ocean. Great views from our room which was named "Seawitch". Innkeeper was very informative, friendly, and always ready to be of help to us. It was raining and he even offered us the use of his umbrella. You don't get that kind of service everywhere. Overall great stay.
