I read reviews that this was an ok hotel because of the location. But I really don't see the problem. You have access to -
Being right in the airport is the sole reason for spending $300 for one
(short)night's sleep. I was able to print my boarding pass at the
computer station in the lobby. It made a huge difference to be able to
turn in the rental car the night before, take the shuttle to the Hilton,
and have a clean comfortable room in which to relax before our morning
flights. Our window had a great view of brightly lit Boston- which for
us was a treat. Room service was very quick and the server was very
pleasan

Since my husband had an appointment at Dana Farber hospital, the front
desk did everything possible to make our stay comfortable,early check

They have a shuttle bus to the subway station which was great and the Receptionist and Driver were kind enough to arrange a pick up for us (7 people) at a different time than the one scheduled.
