  The ambieance of the facility, the very friendly and helpful staff. The view and value of the price for the room and wonderful breakfast that came with it. Just an overall wonderful experience that was initially unplanned and immediately after we arrived we checked into the availability to stay another night. - The secluded seaside location.   I was in Maine for a service for my dad who'd passed away. The sound of the waves crashing rhythmically on the shore was very soothing for me. I appreciate that the Anchorage is open year 'round and has someone at the desk 24-7 even in winter. Also that your off-season rates are reasonable. Thank you!
