  This is one great hotel especially if you are there related to the university. They run a free shuttle to any building on campus which was great as my daughter was there with me for a tour. You can walk to campus which we did the afternoon we arrived too. Everything is number one here! - I try to stay in this hotel when I go to Champaign.   Very clean hotel and the art gallery feel of local artists was nice. The rooms are spacious with a modern appeal as well as the bath area that carries a spa like quality with an over size shower with a big over head rain shower head. The quality of guests relation is very good with a we take care of guests attitude is a plus in my book. I was a stranded traveler, and the room had everything I needed to be comfortable. There was a nice, fluffy bathrobe, and the bed was very comfortable. They had a great Keurig coffee maker in the room and a well- stocked (if expensive) mini-bar. The staff was helpful, and the room was very comfortable. Plus, the shuttle service to and from the airport was top-notch.

The room we looked at online said there was a sleeper sofa in the room, however, ithere was only a couch in the studio. In most places nowadays you only get a shallow worthless basin but not in the Blackstone.
