  It was everything you except out of a Embassey Hotel. Staff was awesome. We left our Ipad in the room and they called us rightaway to return to get our Ipad. Impressed! Breakfast omelet was awesome. The waffle was not up to par but everything else was great.   Staff was very curtious and even took us in the shuttle to the nearest train station. They also picked us up from the train station to bring us back to the hotel. - The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have Ruby Tuesday's attached to the hotel. It was close to a major mall and theater.

  This hotel is situated at less than 2 minutes walking distance from the red train line and at walking distance from most interesting shops, bars and restaurants and is still in a quiet area so that you always feel sicure, even at night. Staff could not have been more helpful. There is a small coffee shop with a hotel entrance that has excellent food and was reasonable with delicious food. We had a problem with the fridge which was addressed immediately. My husband used the gym and enjoyed it very much. The décor is art deco. Beds were very comfortable. There was a small sitting area with 2 chairs and a small table.

  Exceptionally good hotel; actually the best such experience that I have ever had. Excellent food; good location convenient to the meditation retreat which we attended in Deerfield - Great staff at the front desk. Room was spacious, enough for three adults. Nice hot breakfast every morning was great. Wish we could have stayed longer.

  The suite was real value for money. Mother and grown-up son had all the space they needed. Service lady was really great and friendly as was the booking agent for shows etc. Breakfast was amazing and there was so much to choose from. We loved our stay Thank you - The hotel was great, the location was fantastic! It's close to shopping and great restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. He took good care of us, and I would stay there again!(Also, we loved the water in the lobby!) - quite a transformation in a year's time -we stayed there we/ another teen grandchild last yr and returned for 2 reasons, the location and the suite option. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Concierge services were terrific.Everything was spotlessly clean - great housekeeping services! Our suite was exactly what I had asked for, view included - loved it!

  comfortable, clean, relaxing, the rooms were well decorated. I was very happy with our room. We wanted something affordable & close to the airport; this was both. Plus, we had a free shuttle to the airport as well. Another perk, restaurants on site. However, we didn't leave our room. Room service was superb! Receiving an unexpected warm chocolate chip cookie was a nice thought. Nothing was too much trouble and when I requested a late check out due to an evening flight,it was honoured.
