It was everything you except out of a Embassey Hotel. Staff was awesome.
We left our Ipad in the room and they called us rightaway to return to
get our Ipad. Impressed!
Breakfast omelet was awesome. The waffle was not up to par but everything else was great.
Can't wait to visit again. -

Hotel is outstanding, service is top notch, attention to detail great, our room and view was really perfect. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. Housekeeping was awesome, room was spotless and they always managed to appear and take care of everything while we were out of the room, great timing. Always clean, they keep upgrading things, eg tv'S. Since the State
Police always stay there, it's an added "safety factor."
Safety has never really been a concern for me. -

comfortable, clean, relaxing, the rooms were well decorated. I was very happy with our room. We wanted something affordable & close to the airport; this was both. Plus, we had a free shuttle to the airport as well. Another perk, restaurants on site. However, we didn't leave our room. Room service was superb! The food was great quality

Upon arrival,check in staff were extremely efficient and friendly.
Receiving an unexpected warm chocolate chip cookie was a nice thought.
Nothing was too much trouble and when I requested a late check out due
to an evening flight,it was honoured. Room was spacious and clean and
breakfast in the restaurant was a little pricey but worth it.
