The housekeepers were friendly when spoken to and seemed to be happy employees. A positive sign for other aspects of the hotel. -

After a long day driving from Yellowstone my daughter was thrilled to get to the hotel. We immediately went to the pool where they have a big screen on the wall to watch TV while swimming. She met a friend and they went to the arcade and played games. Roxy was working as a entertainment coordinator and she was so nice and friendly. She seemed to really keep the kids in line an they seemed to really like her.

Get a room with a view of the falls. On an upper floor. Beautiful view of temple, falls and mountains. It may cost more but is worth it. Actually, I found the price an average one. The room was clean and big. Mattress looked brand new and was comfortable to sleep on. There is a balcony also. Comes with a decent breakfast the next day. -

Staff we kind and knowledgeable. Breath of fresh air with a long trip. Denny's next door was convenient and had great service! Coffee and water too in hotel was nice. -

The price was good and the room/bathroom was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. There were lots of extras for families such as a game room. Although they were booked solid, the motel was quiet and well-run. Nothing was impossible for the front desk - the staff handled every request promptly
