This motel is in a good location at the east end of the main street
through town - close to shopping, dining and Mesa Verde National Park.
The free continental breakfast was better than I expected for a motel in

The room was very clean and they allowed pets. The rooms were back off the highway, whereas other motel/hotels in this area were not. The benches outside the rooms and table and chairs on the grassy area outside were a nice plus in the evening.

Great location right off the freeway. Close to restaurants and stores. Mountain feeling and wildlife. Small town friendliness & hospitality. The room price was a steal. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel/motel stay. Indoor heated pool & outdoor hot tub. The view. The rustic furniture and feel of the room. -

is as if the travelers needs were thought of first: 4 bed pillows;

Great Staff, The owner bent over backwards to ensure we were comfortable. The price is a great value. Hotel is from 1947 so don't expect modern baths etc. tho Wi-Fi was good, expect the charm of a well maintained hotel from an era long past. Great stay, will stay again

Great value for price. It is an old school motor coach motel with your own carport and an extra room that used to considered the "parents bedroom". Though it is old it is very well kept, clean and comfortable. And quiet as well even though it is just off a major road through Colorado Springs. It is close to restaurants, shopping, Garden of the Gods, and provides a great stop for access to Pike's Peak and historic Goldfield.
