The staff was friendly and professional. The room (we had an executive
queen suite) was large, clean, tastefully decorated with a microwave and
mini fridge. It included a sleeper sofa with an additional flat screen

The hotel was surprisingly clean and spacious. The cab ride from
Flushing to the hotel was around 10minutes only. Quiet environment and

Great location. Beside subway station and just a 5min ride into

The location may not be the most attractive one in NYC but it is very convenient - fast transportation to the hotel from the JFK airport by subway; only few minutes subway ride to Manhattan. The subway station is so close to the hotel, that when you got off the station you can actually see the hotel right from there. The vicinity of the hotel seems to be quite safe and it was rather quiet in the night. We had very good view on Empire State building and Queensboro bridge from the hotel room. The

Super efficient, smart and thoughtful staff, really appreciated that
when I parked for a moment (illegally) in front of the hotel, the
concierge immediately came from behind his desk and walked outside with
me to be sure I knew where to turn to find the garage (entrance around

The hotel is very family friendly which you could relax by enjoying swimming pool plus sunbaking after back from Disney Worlds. Staff is excellent & helpful. The 2-bedrooms with a living room especially with a kitchen is a plus which is allowed us to enjoy our late supper while our family stayed up talking until midnight.

The staff was courteous & accommodating. I enjoyed having the free shuttle as well as free parking for my family who joined me from Baltimore for my granddaughter's graduation. Great access to airport & Yankee Stadium. All that I've come to expect from my consistent stays with the Marriott brand & more. Thanks for excellent hospitality

For nyc area, this was relatively affordable. Pleasant walk through
residential neighborhood to some excellent Greek, Italian, and Middle
East restaurants. Navigating the subway system (for a couple of rookies)
was made easier by the hotel- provided map.

The hotel was easy to find and the gps took us right there. The hotel is
located across from a Holiday Inn. If you look up the address on Google
Maps, the picture that is taken is rather old so the hotel was not built

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nigths and we suggest it for this position
and for the clearing of the room. I will choice it again because of the
position: It is 2 min walking to the 39th underground station ( yellow
line, 5 stops to Time Square). The first day we noted that the room was

staff were really helpful and friendly. Struck up conversations with
staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was
healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup... Enjoyed a dip in the pool
with my kids and a good work out in the gym with weights, universal, and

What I have like thr best is that is close to thr subway, easy to get into thr city with no much problem and for that they have a pick up shuttle.

Hotel very clean, the beds are comfortable, nice breakfast, clean bathroom and reception staffs help/qauid in everything ( attractions location, subway, resturants .... etc)

Excellent price, stayed 8 nights and saved $2000 compared with Manhattan. Room was enormous and comfortable. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Hotel amenities were superb with breakfast, free tea/coffee in lobby and coffee machine in room, cold water top ups, plenty of toiletries, free laundry facilities etc. -all superb.

Everything was fantastic. Staff were amazing big shout out to Valerie
and Justine especially. We were upgraded to a suite and it was superb. A
few mins walk to train station, took 10mins to get to Manhatten, and
some great pubs within 5mins walk. Felt safe walking the area at night
too. There was hot beverages on tap 24 hours a day and free. There was
even an ice machine and vending machines. Highly recommend the Verve and
was one of tbe best hotels ever
