The staff was extremely helpful. They provided an excellent service for local transport by a very helpful lady who drives the guests to a laundry and, time permitting even to the bus station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very nicely presented, very plentiful and very tasty. But the amenity that was the most helpful was the free shuttle from the hotel to local destinations. The shuttle driver was most accomodating and friendly. -

Close to museums and University venues. Staff at front desk,
restaurant and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating. I
parked next door for $20 per day...from what I saw, the courtesy
shuttle was an asset. -

The location is wonderful. Right at the point of the three rivers. Such a beautiful spot with so much history to it. We had a view of the rivers from our room.
Also, the restaurant had very good food, and a very pretty view of gardens, courtyard. The service was excellent also. Thank you to our server Svetlana.

This hotel is an renovate during we stay. Our room was perfect, but 1 bed on 2 was old. Internet free in the room, it's perfect too! Coffee 24 hours at the reception, very nice. And the cookies, excellent! And for my dog too! With pet, this hotel is very nice. -

I stayed for one night. Vehicular access to the hotel was very easy and close to main city expressways. The parking lot was ordinary but access-controllable. Room was clean and stuff regarded their guests with professional courtesy. -
