Service is amazing! Free breakfast, good coffee in lobby. Santa comes Thurs and Sat night for kids. Cookies and milk every night. Everything in Pigeon Forge has a gimmick so don't pass on this just because of Xmas theme. I would stay here for relaxing, mountain trip, business but family trip is a must.   The location of Music Road Inn was handy, I liked how easy it was to access all the activities we had planned. The facility was clean and inviting, and the staff was very helpful, from the time we got there until we left, we were treated very good. We absolutely LOVED the breakfast buffet.   Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent; we looked forward to it each morning. I liked having the opportunity to workout and the room was very clean. Liked the duvet cover instead of the usual comforter; bed was very comfortable. We used the refrigerator for drinks and fruit brought from home.   Loved the full breakfast. They make the best omelets! I liked the pools-- one inside, one outside. Good parking! I also loved they would have coffee and cookies sitting out in the evening and early morning. Then when we had to check out the morning really early like 4 am, we were given a box of taffy candy. Plus if you join their rewards program, - The continental breakfast wasn't your ordinary bagels and muffins. Then they had fresh made biscuits and gravy, belgian waffle makers where you could make the waffles yourself so they were hot and the butter melted on them. We got things took care off .We called and they gave us a room like we had for two nights at the same cost as original reservation . Would stay there again .
