Great location to airport. Convenient complimentary shuttle. You are great with having complimentary access to wifi and internet with a printer - was convenient and stress free to print amendments to my travels. The complimentary Banana and coffee for early departures was also much appreciated- Thankyou for these complimentary services. -

Maria's smiling face and friendly disposition in the restaurant made it very comfortable. Carla at the front desk was friendly as well as accommodating . Awesome people. Great customer service. -

We really enjoyed our stay. The room & hotel, in general, was clean, well-appointed, and beautifully furnished. The buffet breakfast was very nice, too. We were able to take the hotel shuttle to Chase field, while leaving our car safely parked at the hotel. The hotel rate was very reasonable. We will likely stay here again when we go to the D-

Great Location, Great value for your money, very, very clean--it would have passed my Mom's white glove test! Beds were very comfy, looked to be newly remodeled, staff was great and the free breakfast had the best selection of food I've seen in a long time. Would recommend it to anyone and I did tell all my friends and business associates about this hotel.

It is located literally 5 minutes away from the airport and as expected, the neighborhood is a bit industrial, with very little to do, so don't expect any views, but it is ideal for spending the night before a flight. The room was updated, clean, comfortable, modern -- so much more than we expected for the price. As an older motel (still cute) we were surprised to enter a room that was so well updated for that price. Nice surprise. The breakfast in the morning was great, nice to have oatmeal. Also the staff were terrific. Great shuttle drivers, super fellow on the desk when we arrived near 1am. All around lovely experience. Highly recommended.

This is a great little hotel! By little, I don't mean small, it's that they aim to give you a very comfortable stay in a nice place with a cool atmosphere without any pretensions . This is our 5th visit to this ALoft. It is very convenient to Tempe (via light rail or car), downtown (same), south Scottsdale and all of central Phoenix. The rooms are very nice, with a good modern feel. Beds are comfortable, the rooms are very clean. The staff is outstanding!

We liked the breakfast in the morning.We love the warm cookies & coffee in the afternoons.How close we were to the baseball stadium and how the shuttle would drop you off and pick you up after the games.The hotel and our room were always clean and neat.The staff was so helpful to find us restaurants and shopping.We are already thinking and planing another trip for next spring season and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.See ya next spring....
