The front desk woman (Mary I believe) was amazing and completely friendly upon our early arrival. The free breakfast was great (biscuits and gravy and waffles, YES!), the room/bathroom was super clean. -

I liked that after I checked in and made it to our condo that Wyndam's maintenance supervisor, Rick Jackson, stopped by to make sure all was ok with our condo. I travel for business over 40 weeks a year and have never anyone from maintenance, let alone a supervisor, come check on me. He made sure our hot tub was a the correct temp and all was ok

Our condo was so peaceful and quiet! We enjoyed the incredible view of the snow-capped San Juan Mountains as we walked the property. Wolf Creek Ski Resort, just a 45-minute drive away, had excellent ski conditions.

The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. The place is definitely older. Very clean and what you would expect from a buget-friendly motel. Certainly no frills, but they do have a free complimentary breakfast (pastries, juice and things of that nature) and they even had an iron I could use for my business clothes. -

above the rest. We have even rented some homes in Pagosa that
weren't as nice. The location to the restaurants was great.

The waters were amazing, potent with minerals, and rejuvenating to our bones and muscles. Staying on site made our stay so enjoyable, and lodging accomodations were clean and adequate. We were also close enough to walk to downtown Pagosa Springs restaurants & shops, as well as along the River Walk.
