One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. The hotel is recently remodeled and the staff was great. The kids loved
all the activities and all the water slides. Best pool in Orlando. They
even had Gator land there and brought in animals. The kids loved it.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff could not do enough for you. I've stayed in many hundreds of hotels this was a top ten stay. The highlight was the first minutes with a registration clerk who asked questions and listened to our answers giving us information and suggestions that made our trip so enjoyable we will go back there again and again.

The 3 bedroom appartment was really nice and spacious and exactly how it looked on the web, staff were very helpful in booking trips and arranging taxis for our stay, i stayed with my two Children and they loved it the whole time we were there, we stayed in buidling two on the 6th floor and was really nice and safe. - The jacuzzi for 2 was a great
