The front desk people and the staff in general, including the room service people were friendly and accommodating. The suites in this hotel are fantastic with plenty of space. The beds are huge and very comfortable. There are complimentary drinks every evening for residences in the Bar.They have a shuttle bus to take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius. I would stay at this hotel again -

On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked.

Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

Blue Heron was affordable for that many, We rented 3 -1 bedroom suites and divided into groups of 5. All of us enjoyed having a full kitchen. The pool was a favorite of the grandchildren. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good value for the money.

I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Every thing, we mainly use this hotel to catch early flight. The service was very accomodating since we had several small children with our party. Even provided a crib for the 2 year old. One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable.
