  The staff at the Seaview was very friendly and the motel was very clean. It was close enough to walk to the shops and they offer a free continental breakfast every morning. They also offer free long distance calling. Trolley stop was also available outside the motel for travel to downtown shops and restaurants for a small fee. The rooms were spacious with comfortable chairs for lounging. Easy access to everything by walking or a ride on the trolley. This was my 4th stay at The Sea View, and it won't be my last!

  The location was excellent and so very beautiful. Loved the Marginal Way walk watching the sun come up and all the beautiful rocks and waves. Also loved so much the huge beach at low tide where we could walk for miles. The town is wonderful! Glad that we went off season, too. Could enjoy our walks in town and gift shopping without crowds.   Very nice hotel. Our room was a king suite with a small private deck off the bedroom, spacious living area. Very clean and it didn't smell like a hotel usually does which was a bonus. The hotel was very nicely decorated for the season. Parking garage was nice as it was cold when we left and we didn't have to be outside long. Glass drink glasses and wine glasses! (Not plastic) thanks!! Liked the indoor parking with elevator access. Suggestion: for "ogunquit as destination" you might want to include antiquing.....tho' that might come under "shopping"

  I loved how immaculate and well maintained our one-bedroom suite was. It was very lovely and inviting. We were across the street from a leisurely path to Marginal Way and to the beach, across the street from the trolley which would take us to more shops and restaurants downtown, and within walking distance of many places to eat and shop. The room was spacious and immaculate. Parking was helpful. Great location. Close to the Ogunquit attractions but also near Kittery Outlets, York and Portsmouth. The small kitchen area was perfect size and fully stocked with essenitals.

  The room was clean and spacious and had the amenities we needed, including tv with many stations and a refrigerator. There was plentiful soap and shampoo. The view from the balcony on the third floor overlooked the Ogunquit River estuary where we saw a doe with a fawn, seven swans a swimming and numerous water fowl. The bed was comfy, enjoyed listening to the waterfalls and the birds from our hotel terrace, and I spotted some unusual birds on the salt mash...we also enjoyed our stay because the hotel was close to nice restaurants and for nature lovers it was a plus for us. Close to walking nature trail of the salt mash.

  I loved having a full size fridge and kitchenette area (complete with blueberry dishes), a separate bedroom, and a living room with another tv. We didn't spend a ton of time in our room but it was absolutely perfect. Having a balcony was really nice too to go outside and smell the sea air.
