... что говорят » cellent experience here, the room was clean and beds were comfy. Bathroom was good sized, balcony overlooking Decatur street was a nice touch. Only noise was from people on the street, couldn't hear any other guests. I would definitely go back.

Upgraded to king size bed. Quaint location w/garden patio. 1/2 mile walk to French Quarter. Hosts were nice. Breakfast was fantastic. I was allowed 12pm check out which made a big difference to me. I would return again.

Located in the heart of French Quarter, 5 minutes walk from Bourbon Street, 10 minutes Jackson Square or Canal Street. Room where i stayed was small, just big enough for a queen bed, bathroom was actually bigger - but very comfortable and perfectly adequate for solo traveller.
I was a little concerned about walking back late at night after reading several reviews - but really nothing to worry about. Would definitely recommend - excellent value for money. -
A nice old building with typical for nola iron balcony (there are tables
and chairs there, so you can sit, have a cup of coffee and admire the
view of the old French Quarters). The rooms are renovated with clean and
modern bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The people in hotel very
friendly and helpful. The was no safe in the room but there is a safety
deposit box at the front desk and its free! Location is great - just two
blocks from Bourbon Street.

We had a very spacious one bedroom apartment and it was fabulous! We were able to enjoy coffee and libations in our room if we wanted to. The facility was very clean and decor was very nice. The staff, especially in the valet area, were very helpful. We made it clear up front that we were not interested in the time share options and so were not bothered with any pressure. Nearly everything!! Superb location which leaves some space between the hotel and the most attraction/most crowded tourist area. Ambience is outstanding.
Rooms are just packed with amazing antique furniture and otherinterior pieces. Bathroom is all modern, though,no worries)) and there are Frette bathrobes and linen, mmmm.

The Soniat House was exactly what I was looking for. It was our first time in New Orleans and I wanted to stay deep in French quarter and experience the Old World Charm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience and would stay there again. Plus the hot biscuits and jam were amazing.

Walking distance to Bourbon street but far enough away to not hear noise. Close to the French Market. Room was nice, great king sized bed. Courtyard was perfect for my husband to hang out and use his ipad and be able to smoke. We will definitely stay here again! Great location!!
