  My Husband and I stayed at the Luau the week of Aug. 1 ,2013. We usually stay at the Hilton ,however, they we booked. The closest thing was the Luau. If your looking for a friendly helpful staff this is not the place to stay. If you need to know where to dine or play figure it out your self no maps are given to you at the time of arrival you have ... что говорят » to ask.I did like the roof top view and the rooms were clean and nice ,but they do not have safes. - Liked the Luau's ammenities and access to the pools and beach !

  i loved the location. The hotel service was extremely slow when calling front desk. I wish there was room service available and people to help with luggage. I wish it was more customer service driven!!! Kids were kinda bored at hotel!   Loved the decor, the friendliness, how clean, especially loved all the things to do there and the complimentary things offered. Very very nice wish we could have afforded to stay longer, but just so glad I got to bring my daughter for our birthdays and because she made straight A's on her report card.   We liked everything about this resort. Beautiful room, great staff, great food, and beautiful beach. We were there on a family vacation and there was something for everyone to enjoy. I would highly recommend to others. - The facility, amenities and proximity to all the attractions on the resort property was great.
