Ran into some billing issues and they had a flood in the hotel which were handled promtly.   I would give this place a number 10. I enjoyed the quietness at bedtime, the staff from check-in to making our beds were very pleasant and friendly and helpful. My twin granddaughters had a wonderful time eating breakfast "under all the windows" as 4 year olds call it, and the swimming pools were very clean.   The owners were SO nice. It felt like we were staying with family. Breakfast was wonderful. We had Belgian waffles, sausage, tomato/egg/cheese casserole, juice and coffee. It was delightful.
