  The hotel is new and well conserved, the staff is really helpfull and friendly to answer questions or help you out with any request. The location is great, we were able to walk a few blocks and enjoy the bay harbour beach with towels and chair from the hotel. Nice staff, familial atmosphere and perfect services. In the evening I used to have good times on the porch alongside with some other customers.   As other reviewers have noted, the staff at Villa Italia are excellent - friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The location - just a block away from the major strips - is much quieter and less crowded than Ocean or Collins, yet easily accessible to the Deco district, beach, and restaurants. It's a small, simple, comfortable, convenient bou - I was two days in this hotel. It was a very good stayng. You can stay in a very quit zone near the Ocean Drive, with a lot services. Rooms are very confortable and clean. You can have all we found in other 5 star hotel, but in a smaller dimension. I liked very much for particular things, like: drinkings very researched, chocolate on the table, bed very relaxing, cream for body, liquid tooth cleaner,..... The receptionist was very kindly and helped with a lot of information.

  This is very nice classic South Miami Beach hotel. It has classic charm and one of the best locations. The staff was fantastic. - Pool area. Wish we could have stayed but there where no cars left
