  We were having trouble finding the hotel and our front desk associate, Judy, was extremely helpful and kind on the phone and even talked me through step by step directions for about ten-fifteen minutes until we arrived. She offered great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in Pittsburgh. Oh, and the unexpected happy hour was treat, though there was no food for plant-based diets. . . .

  Located near restaurant, shopping mall, and easy access to downtown Pittsburgh. Breakfast buffet was amazing, fresh fruit, waffle, eggs, sausage, the works. - Compared to the prices of other hotels in the area, it was a good value. The hotel is older but still a nice place to stay.
