The desk clerk, Roxanne was absolutely terrific! Very nice décor and a Keurig in the room. Pools and spa's are pretty standard BUT a hammock was a great touch and a truly great stretch of beach! -

The place was very clean - updated. The cleaning staff was very nice, personable. The pool and outside patio was very nice. The front desk staff the day of our arrival 4/25 was very nice, the staff the next day was not as pleasant, and would not give us another bottle of water.

the grounds and hotel rooms are lovely. they have townhouses that are available for bigger families. Great activities: we went on sunset cruise, rented bikes & enjoyed the pool and walk way areas. Best part is the Tranquility pool (21 & over) huge fire pits to sit around in evening & music to listen to. Fun place to stay & play. -

We had a truly relaxing stay at Hawks Cay Resort. The facilities are excellent and perfect for families. It is right in the middle of the keys strip which means you can easily visit Key West and the Bahia Honda state park on a day trip. We were so pleased with the room that we even spent the first night in with room service.

Everything! It was a perfect fit to my vacation plans. The double bed room was clean and comfy. I was to arrive after the front office closed, so they called me to let me know how to use the after process and I could check in the next morning. Full kitchen, nicely attired livingroom - dinningroom, good view from the 4th floor, nice balcony. Condo at a hotel room rate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and big, pillows were good as well. All in all it was a great place to park ourselves for a week in the Keys at an affordable price, be able to cook our own meals and have cold beer in a full sized fridge.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean. We liked the location since it was close to Key West. Loved the pool & liked sitting by the gulf at night. Friendly staff. Sparky's was our favorite place for dinner. -

This place was shabbie chic, nothing fancie,but supper cute and comfortable , the pool area was nice and the beach area was set up real cute , everything was at your fingertips no running all over the place. The staff is wonderful very happy to help with all your needs. The reastaunt on sight was pricey but worth it, our bill for three was 130.00 we had two appetizers two beers two sodas and three dinners, but it was all realy good!
